SUPPORTING YOU

There are many ways that we help to support survivors of domestic abuse. We provide practical support as well as helping to start the jouney of healing and recovery.

ACT Therapy & Coaching

DNH offers access to ACT Therapy and coaching for those who have moved on from domestic abuse on a practical level, but are finding it difficult to move on with their thoughts and feelings. This support takes the form of either 6 x one to one sessions or a series of group workshops and is funded by Dawn’s New Horizon. Please contact us if this is something you feel would benefit you.

Practical Support

For those fleeing domestic violence we can assist with emergency supplies of clothing, toys, food and household basics to set up home.

Every request is individually accessed by the team and we do our very best to meet the required needs with the resources we have.

We will also support with form filling and accompanying people to meetings and court.

Sadly we currently do not have access to funds or provision for translators.
